Return Policy
The IYCA has a 21-day money back guarantee on the Youth Fitness Specialist certifications as well as any CEU Courses offered, for domestic customers. Due to international shipping and customs we cannot offer a refund policy for international orders on these products or certifications. On domestic purchases, if you are dissatisfied with the product(s) for any reason, within thirty (21) days of the sale date the product may be returned, at your cost, for a refund of the purchase price.
The IYCA has a 365-day money back guarantee on all other information products, and the policy is available for ALL customers, international and domestic. On these purchases, if you are dissatisfied with the product(s) for any reason, within thirty (365) days of the sale date the product may be returned, at your cost, for a refund of the purchase price.

Refund Policy
There are no refunds for any portion of a subscription to IYCAMembers.com. We offer a 30 Day Trial for $1, as well as the right to cancel immediately at any time, but will not issue refunds for any portion of the subscription payments made. By making a purchase from IYCAMembers.com, you are confirming that you have read and understand this no refunds policy.
Subscription fees may be deductible as a business expense. Check with your tax consultant or accountant for advice on this issue.
